Some people sell houses. I’d rather help a family find the place their whole life is going to happen — the kitchen where the homework gets done, the backyard that’s worth the mortgage, the street where the kids learn to ride their bikes.

Meet Stephanie
A mom of three who writes about real life — and helps families find home.
We didn’t grow up here. Mike and I came to central Pennsylvania from New Jersey looking for a different kind of life, and somewhere between the river towns and the Friday-night ballfields, we found it. We put down roots, and they held.
So when a family tells me they’re thinking of moving here, I don’t hand them the brochure version. I lived that leap myself — I know what it feels like to bet on a place and have it love you right back.
